55 kVA Three-Phase Auto Transformer for CNC Woodworking Machinery
A leading machinery manufacturer required a custom three-phase auto transformer to support multiple international input voltages and deliver a stable 400 V output for CNC woodworking equipment. The solution had to maintain high electrical efficiency under continuous industrial duty and integrate seamlessly into the customer's machine architecture while meeting international standards.
Dynalektric engineered and manufactured a 55 kVA three-phase copper-wound auto transformer specifically for this application. The design incorporated optimized magnetic construction, Class F insulation, and tropicalized winding treatment. Every unit underwent comprehensive factory electrical testing and inspection before delivery, ensuring stable voltage conversion and reliable operation in demanding industrial manufacturing environments.
